Led by Roger Thomson, Ph.D.
We are offering a study group on mindfulness and psychotherapy for clinicians who are interested in learning more about mindfulness as an essential part of the therapeutic process. The group meets once a month, on Friday mornings, and includes readings, case discussions, and exploration of the psychotherapist's mindfulness practice. Interested professionals can contact Dr. Thomson by email through our Contact form, or by phone at 312-263-8034.
Drs. Thomson and Connors are available for individual supervision. Please call if you are interested, or email through our Contact form
If you would like to receive reprints of professional papers by Dr. Connors or Dr. Thomson, please use our Resources page, or go to our Contact form to request other papers.
Mindfulness in the Blogosphere
Since January 2008, Dr. Thomson and other staff from Integrative Health Partners have been publishing our own blog about mindfulness, health, and psychotherapy. You can link to it from here. Please enjoy these short reflections on mindfulness, and feel free to add your own comments. If you have any feedback for us, you can also send it to us here, using our Contact form.
Mindfulness in Art and in Life
Poetry can express the mindfulness experience with a faithfulness and elegance that transcends any instruction manual! Enjoy these poems we have collected. We hope they inspire your own mindfulness practice. If you know other poems that you’d like us to include, please send them to us, using our Contact form.
